Pre-Order Policy

A Preorder is an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your piece.

• Deposit

Preorder items generally have the option to either pay in full or pay a flat rate deposit to secure the item and then pay the remaining balance upon arrival of the item into our warehouse.

So the deposit, whether it be flat rate or in full, secures your particular piece, but it is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Refunds will not be given in all cases for pre-order items.

• Cancel Pre-Order

3 days grace period: If you changed your mind, then you may cancel your order without penalty if it is within 3 days of placing it.

• Release Date

Please note the release date provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays and supplier shortages.

​

​Once the pre-order items has arrived, we will send the email to the buyer to pay the remaining balance.  The remaining balance must be paid within 2 weeks of the email otherwise the buyer forfeits the item/s and the deposit will not be refunded.
